Graeme Souness was the main guest on last night's Second Captains show and he made a seismic impression.

Among other things, the handsome 61 year old explained his past comments about wishing he was English sometimes, he said his Dublin wife could play for Ireland and admitted there was no real chance of him ever managing Ireland - 'how could a former Rangers manager manage Ireland?'

And then he came to 'The Good Wall'.

The first non-Irish person to influence the good wall threw up his erstwhile RTE panel colleague Liam Brady - one of Ireland's greatest ever footballers. Then things got controversial.

He removed the nations' darling Katie Taylor. McDevitt and the audience both winced sensing a furious reaction online. The most controversial 'Good Wall' yet.
