Graeme Souness punditry world tour continues. He is one of the better aspects of Sky's promotion of the Premier League, and he has been very good on TV3's coverage of the Euros. Today he popped up on Bein Sports alongside fellow ex-Liverpool players Jason McAteer and Luis Garcia, whereupon he has been subjected to a forfeit which may have troubled the deepest recesses of his soul. Souness lost a bet on the golf course ahead of the broadcast, and agreed to be submitted to the caprice of forfeiture. We're unsure as to what the bet exactly was, but it must have been pretty big, judging by the recompense:
Fair play a bet is a bet. Won at golf against Mr Souness. You will never see this again. @Clive_Allen9 outstanding pic.twitter.com/VE87ezVQJx

Souness does not look like a man who suffers fools in English football gladly, so this must have been troubling for him.
Richard Keys wasn't on air, by the way. Proof that his spreading the message of b****r is going well.
