The Goran Pandev FIFA vote wouldn't normally be a big story but when used by Jose Mourinho to claim that FIFA had fixed the vote, it's probably a good thing that they kept the bit of paper with his vote (complete with signature). Chances of Jose retracting those fix claims?
A bigger scandal is surely the fact that Pandev gave his second place vote to Roberto Mancini!
