Goal Decision System(GDS) will be part of the new Premier League season. It is the first time the "Greatest League In The World" will implement any type of on pitch technology. Developed by Dr. Paul Hawkins creator of Hawk-eye, seven camera's will produce a 3D image which will determine if the ball is over the line. The four match officals will be wearing a watch that vibrates when the ball crosses the goal line.
