Giorgio Chiellini, 2014's answer to Marco Matterazzi went on Italian state broadcaster RAI where he proceeded to lay into the man who had just sunk his teeth into his shoulder.

According to Sky Italia Chiellini has said;
Suarez is a sneak and he gets away with it because FIFA want their stars to play in the World Cup. I'd love to see if they have the courage to use video evidence against him.
The referee saw the bite mark too, but he did nothing about it.
With all the reaction this one is receiving, it seems unlikely that Suarez is going to get away with it but it will be interesting to see if Chiellini has anything more to say.
