Kazakhstan took the lead against Ireland through an absolute belter from Dmitri Shomko in the 13th minute.
It didn't take long for Ireland to get back into the game though. Alexander Kislitsyn handballed an Andy Reid cross and Robbie Keane slotted home the penalty.
