No surprises that Bayern Munich have once again cantered to the top of the Bundesliga this season. Today's 6-0 victory over Werder Bremen leaves them four points clear at the top and there's no doubting who the star man has been so far this season.

Xabi Alonso's move from Madrid to Munich has united an exceptional footballer with his ideal manager and the results have been astounding so far. Now he's grabbed his first goal in suitably Alonso-esque fashion.

We're entirely of the opinion that the dummy runs were orchestrated by Alonso to see if the wall would jump.
