Julian Draxler is currently shining a little more then the other dozen German bright things. The Schalke star was outstanding as his side saw off Basle to seal their place in the last 16 of the Champions League on Wednesday night. Predictably Schalke have insisted that Draxler is not leaving the club in January and a reported €45.5m release clause comes into effect in the summer.
