Raheny United claimed their third straight FAI Cup with a 2-1 extra time win over UCD Waves at the Aviva today. Much of the plaudits have to go to Katie McCabe's for her outrageous free kick which put the holders in front after 19 minutes.

UCD fought back and an Áine O'Gorman goal levelled matters before a tight second half saw the game into extra time. Siobhan Killeen who was the hero for Raheny as she got on the end of a Rebecca Creagh through ball six minutes after the restart to keep up Raheny's incredible recent record.
