Last October, Jeff Hendrick provided the assist for John O'Shea's equaliser against Germany.

The Derby midfielder was again the creator on Monday night for Jonathan Walters' crucial goal against Georgia.

Picking the on the left wing, Hendrick evaded the attention of two Georgian defenders. Once in the box, he left another opposition player on his backside before sliding a pass to Jonathan Walters who knocked it over the goalline.
