Football fans around the world fell in love with James Rodriguez during the World Cup for his volley against Uruguay and it appears that he is not finished yet. This goal is as sweetly struck as you are likely to see.
He came out of nowhere to rifle Real in front against Almeria with this stunning volley and bring back fond memories of a wonderful World Cup 2014.
He now has 16 goals and 13 assists during his first season in Madrid and that is all the while being injured for a portion of it.
We are aware that the ambiguous nature of the term volley will have people second guessing our definition and we understand that it hits the ground, but even still, it is a wonderful goal. And while Rodriguez is the best in the world at scoring these kinds of goals, he still doesn't understand fully just how many balls are supposed to be played with.
