In a weekend where Ashley Young was booked for diving, it's almost impressive that Emre Can has stolen the limelight with the most shameful moment of the Premier League so far.
While Young's dive against Sunderland was poor, it was at least punished by referee Martin Atkinson. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Can's laughable attempt at winning an absolutely needless free kick. Can had been booked in the 76th minute so perhaps that was his saving grace but the shame will surely live a lot longer than a second yellow card.
