Chelsea took the lead against Liverpool when Diego Costa got on the end of a ball from Cesar Azpilicueta after some good work from the full back. Some credit must also go to Willian for an excellent crossfield ball.
Liverpool had taken the lead in the game when a deflected shot from Emre Can found the back on the net but that scoreline did not last not with Gary Cahill equalising, thanks in part to some help from goal line technology.
