2018 has become a momentous year for the Gibraltar football team.
Back in March, they won their second ever game in international football, defeating Latvia 1-0. Their first victory had come four years earlier against Malta.
On Saturday, Gibraltar ended a 22-game losing streak in competitive football with a 1-0 Nations League win away to an Armenia team captained by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
That huge scalp was followed by another victory on Tuesday as they came from a goal down at half-time against Liechtenstein to win 2-1.
The equaliser came from George Cabrera in the 61st minute.
A little over five minutes later, Joseph Chipolina - who had scored the winner against Armenia from a penalty - put his side ahead.
Last night's win leaves Gibraltar on six points in League D4 of the Nations League with games at home to Armenia and away to Macedonia to come. They had lost their first two games in the new competition, 2-0 away to Liechtenstein and 2-0 at home to Macedonia.
These were the scenes at full-time on Tuesday.
