Last night's 'Shock of Gibraltar', as Celtic's defeat to Lincoln Red Imps has been called, has understandably generated a lot of column inches in today's press. While new boss Brendan Rodgers was quick to comment that the result wasn't an embarrassment for Celtic, anyone with even a cursory understanding of how football works would be quick to disagree with him.
We have already brought you the media reaction in Scotland to the match, along with Joey Barton's typically restrained comments on the matter, but what are they making of the historic result in Gibraltar?
Well, they've never quite seen anything like it by the looks of things. Below is the reaction of local Gibraltar newspapers, Lincoln Red Imps' local rivals, the Gibraltar FA, the government and even the Superintendent of the Gibraltar police who, quite frankly, we're surprised wasn't actually on pitch alongside his goalscorer Lee Casciaro - himself a policeman.
