Even for a Premier League winner, a multiple Champions League winner, a World Cup and European Championship winner, Roy Keane instills fear.

In a 2014 interview with Four Four Two magazine, Barcelona and former Man Utd defender Gerard Pique explained why Roy Keane still absolutely terrified him.

The 30-year old Barcelona defender was answering questions as part of the "One-On-One" section of the magazine, and after playing down the scariness of Sir Alex Ferguson's hair-dryer treatment, he went into detail on how the Cork man had him shivering in fear.

I wouldn't say I was scared of [Ferguson]. Roy Keane? Well, maybe that's different!

I remember we were in the changing room at Old Trafford and my phone started vibrating. Keano could hear the vibrations and went crazy trying to find out who the phone belonged to. That’s who he was.

Even with your phone on vibrate, you're not safe from the wrath of Keano!

In perhaps the best part of the interview, Pique revealed that the fear never left him.

Before we [Barca] beat Celtic 1-0 last season [2013/14 Champions League group stage], I noticed him by the side of the pitch as a pundit as we went to warm up. I hid my face with my hand because he still scares me. I was 26 years old, and I was shitting myself!

So there you have it, when the fear of Roy gets put into you, it stays there!
