Heading into the meeting between the two sides this weekend, it's fair to say that Liverpool and Manchester United are in very different places at the moment.
Jurgen Klopp's side look rejuvenated this season, currently sitting top of the Premier League after an excellent run of form that has featured a number of resilient displays in recent weeks. In contrast, Erik ten Hag's men have looked like a side in rag order in many of their last few fixtures.
Considering the 7-0 hammering that the visitors were subjected to at Anfield last season, there are fears that they could be on the receiving end of another heavy beating this time around.

Gary Neville has big worry ahead of Manchester United clash with Liverpool
The way in which this Manchester United team has capitulated in a number of games this season has to be of major concern to their supporters. They seem to lack any sort of mental resilience when things go against them on the pitch, often shipping a number of goals in quick succession.
Speaking on the Gary Neville Podcast, Gary Neville said he worries about Erik ten Hag's team if they concede a goal early against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
If you sit here now and you're a United fan, you've got a feeling that you're going to get beat up and done in properly, because of the 7-0 last year and the way in which they're playing at the moment...
[Anfield] is a bear pit of a place for a United player. I don't care how good you are, whether you're a championship winning team or one that is finishing sixth or seventh, that is a bear pit of a place and it can swallow you up.
If those players don't stand up, stick your chest out, and show courage next week, it will eat you alive...
If you're Liverpool, you'd go right for Manchester United early in the game and get into their heads. If they get a goal in front, they could capitulate.
They've got it in them, you seen if before last season. They capitulate quite often, they concede three or four goals quite regularly so it's not something that's rare.
The evidence is there that if United go a goal down, Liverpool can think straight away that they're not going to handle that very well. I would be licking my lips if I was Liverpool.
Liverpool have recorded some big scorelines against Manchester United in recent seasons, most notably in that 7-0 triumph earlier this year.
In saying that, Erik ten Hag did manage one big win over Klopp's side last season in circumstances similar to the ones we will see this weekend. Having suffered defeats against to Brentford and Brighton to open his time at the club last season and finding himself under quite a bit of pressure, he would go on to secure a 2-1 victory over Liverpool at Old Trafford in the third fixture of the campaign.
He will no doubt be hoping that his side can rise to the occasion in a similar manner this weekend.
