Gary Lineker Had A Pop At Ex-Sun Editor Kelvin MacKenzie On Twitter For His "Lies"

Ex-Sun editor Kelvin MacKenzie is back writing a column for the tabloid and Gary Lineker is already unhappy with what he is writing.

MacKenzie, who was editor of The Sun when it published that infamous post-Hillsborough disaster front page, wrote that Lineker had "let it be known he would quit the BBC if it was to lose the Match of the Day highlights package".

Lineker responded to MacKenzie on Twitter last night berating him for "telling lies".
