A stunning counter-attack goal from Andreas Weimann saw Wolves seal a famous 2-1 FA Cup victory at Anfield this afternoon, dumping Liverpool out of two cup competitions in the space of four days.

Divock Origi pulled one back for the Merseysiders with just minutes remaining, but Wolves, who were resolute throughout, held firm, and might have even added a third as stoppage time approached.

Liverpool face Chelsea on Tuesday, where a win will take them within seven points of the Premier League leaders. It's now one win in eight in 2017 for Liverpool, with that win arriving in an FA Cup replay against Plymouth.

Here was the game as told by panicked Liverpool fans - many of whom believe their season has been effectively ended by three defeats inside a week.
