Derby County manager Frank Lampard was sent off during their 1-0 loss against Rotherham United.
An ill-tempered affair saw Tom Lawrence also sent off while Rotherham's sole goal came thanks to a penalty from promising Irish U21 star Ryan Manning.
It was a possible penalty incident that provoked the irk of Lampard. The 40-year-old was furious when an inswinging cross collided with Jon Taylor's arm. However, his protests were unwelcomed and when he approached the linesmen he was shown a red card.
