It was a summer of note for Chris Forrester. He signed a new deal with Peterborough and was named captain of the club he joined just last summer.
Peterborough's season got off to an excellent start on Saturday as they beat Rochdale 3-2.
After twice going behind, Peterborough negated their opponent's advantage. The second time they cancelled out the Rochdale lead, it was via a superb strike from Chris Forrester.
After picked the ball up in midfield, Forrester drove forward, playing a one-two before rifling past the Rochdale keeper.
Peterborough's winner was a dramatic one - a late winner for Gwion Edwards.
