Former Spartak Moscow captain, Yegor Titov, has said that many people think that Aiden McGeady is an asshole.
Titov was quoted by The Sun as saying:
Many people say about McGeady he is, frankly, an asshole. Even his coach at Celtic expressed such an opinion. The problem is in his head and his attitude.
But he is a top player and everyone knows it. If he leaves he will leave a big gap at Spartak.
I'm surprised there are not more clubs interested in him. I am sure he will move to England, maybe to a club fighting for sixth or seventh place.
I wish him luck because he was good for Spartak. But he needs to sort himself out too.
Presumably these people were those expecting to be on the end of a cross from the winger. Best of luck with that.
McGeady joined Spartak in 2010 and has recently been linked with a move to Everton.
