Spurs are absolutely woeful. Far from looking like a team who were in the Champions League final a matter of months ago, their decline has been remarkable.
Despite all he has done for the club, it seems Mauricio Pochettino is dying a slow death at the club. He hinted that he could leave during the summer, and in hindsight that may have been best for all parties.
The whole thing has just gone stale, with a group of players no longer committed to the cause in the way they once were. Their Premier League form has been patchy at best, but they were a shambles in the Champions League this evening.
Spurs suffered a humiliating 7-2 defeat at home to Bayern Munich. It was a scoreline that did not flatter the visitors. The German side missed a few excellent chances, while Spurs were lucky to get the two goals they did.
Former Arsenal man Serge Gnabry netted four, Lewandowski got two, with Kimmich socring their opener.
With a scoreline of such an eye-catching nature, the footballing public were always going to stand up and take notice.
88 - Another.

Talksport and Sky had days of ridiculous articles about Celtic being a national embarrassment and shouldn't be in the UCL for losing 7-1 to PSG in Paris
Will they do the same about spurs conceding SEVEN at home?— ᴘʙ 🍀 (@p_bov1) October 1, 2019
