Nigeria's World Cup jersey has been praised by football fans across the world since its release and today it finally launched.
The public appetite for the kit was huge, with the pent-up demand resulting in Nike's online store selling out of the Nigeria kit in hours.

The home kit pays subtle homage to Nigeria’s ’94 shirt and was just as popular in stores. London's Nike Town had massive queues outside. Nigeria will also play in London this week as they face England in a friendly at Wembley as part of World Cup preparations.

The jersey is a typical 'love it or hate it', with a black checkered sleeve and a flashy green torso.
There is a slightly less loud away kit which has also sold out.
While their kit is certainly a winner a much bigger challenge lies ahead in terms of the football. Nigeria's World Cup group contains Argentina, Iceland and Croatia this summer in Russia.
