Villarreal were swept off the park by Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side at Anfield on Thursday night, and on the basis of this footage, it's hardly a shocker.
As the Yellow Submarine's team bus ambled down Anfield Road towards the stadium, the Spanish outfit were met with a raucous reception from hoards of bellowing men in red, who duly pelted the vehicle with various missiles (mainly cans).
In fairness to the Villarreal lads, they seemed to enjoy the [over-zealous/old school European] atmosphere, with many of them shouting 'Vamos!' from their incredibly secure, presumably tinted windows.
Liverpool went on the win the game 3-0 and reach the Europa League final, but despite their best efforts, Villarreal probably won't be forgetting their trip to Merseyside any time soon. Some reception.
