It was a fairly bonkers night in the League of Ireland last night. Cork City scored twice in the final six minutes to beat Derry City 2-1; Longford Town thrice took the lead against St Pat's only to draw 3-3; Wexford Youths beat Shamrock Rovers 2-0 and Finn Harps' home game against Dundalk ended 0-7 (SEVEN).

Whereas Dundalk's twitter account made it seem like a most natural and workmanlike result:

Finn Harps took a much more satisfying approach. Such a hammering evoked the depths of the club's gallows humour:

Magnificent. It could have been worse for Finn Harps, had Richie Towell not been off making his debut for Brighton.
