Bruno Fernandes was the man-of-the-match as Manchester United drew 2-2 with Liverpool in Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
The Portuguese midfielder was outstanding in the second half as the Red Devils answered their critics with a spirited display.
Lisandro Martinez put Ruben Amorim's side in front with a 52nd minute thunderbolt, beating Alisson after Trent Alexander-Arnold was caught out in defence.
Liverpool thundered back into the game with two goals in ten minutes, the first through Cody Gakpo who dummied De Ligt before finding the roof of the net in the 59th minute.
They hit the front ten minutes later after Mo Salah scored a penalty on the back of a handball from De Ligt. United fought back with Amad Diallo finishing tidily after a cross from Alejandro Garnacho, sealing the point for the away side.

Bruno Fernandes was a key man for Manchester United, and he spoke honestly to Sky Sports after the game.
"We've been criticised, and fairly so," Fernandes admitted.
"The position in the table says it all. We lost too many points. Even today, we can't be happy with the draw, because we need points more than they need them. But it's a fair result I think."
“We can't be satisfied to be honest.
"I'm really upset because if we can show this here at Anfield, first in the League, why can’t we do this every week? It starts with me first, because I think finally, I gave a proper performance overall." he said.
"I think you always can do better."
"We now need to look forward. We need more. I wasn't worried about everyone putting in an effort today, because it's Liverpool. Everyone is going to try to do their best (against Liverpool.)
"I'd probably be more worried about Southampton after this performance, because it's going to be a tough one again."
