FIFA 18 has been out for while now and most gamers would have at least made a start on Career Mode, unless the highly addictive Ultimate Team has completely taken over as it tends to do for many.

If you have started a career somewhere, then you've probably sent your scout out to find some young talent that you can develop at your club, but we thought we would save you the time by checking out the best wonderkids at every Premier League club.

It's always interesting to see how EA Sports and their team of scouts/researchers choose as the players capable of growing into top players, and we've looked at the potential overalls of all the Premier League squads to pick out the diamonds that you can get for next to nothing early on in your career.

We've found the best player 18 years of age or younger at every club, although there are only 17 players on the list as Newcastle, Swansea, and Watford have actually got no teenagers on their squad in the game.

Arsenal

Reiss Nelson - RM - Potential Overall: 83

No surprise here, as Nelson has built on a great pre-season with some impressive showings in the Europa League thus far. Definitely one to watch out for.

AFC Bournemouth

Corey Jordan - CB - Potential Overall: 76

The young Bournemouth defender may not have his face in the game just yet but has potential to be a solid Premier League defender.

Brighton & Hove Albion

Jayson Molumby - CM - Potential Overall: 75

The only Irishman on the list, Bright's next best youngster is another Ireland youth international in Aaron Connolly so we'll be keeping a keen eye on Chris Hughton's side in the coming seasons.

The only Burnley player that fit the criteria, Limb has the lowest potential overall on this list.

Chelsea

A big part of Chelsea's extremely impressive youth sides, but unfortunately it's not the best club to be at if you want to break into the first team.

Crystal Palace

Palace need all the help they can get judging by their start to the season so don't be surprised to see Dreher in a few squads this season.

With Tom Davies leading the way as a shining example, Everton fans are also quite excited about the next star tipped to emerge from their academy.

No surprises here. Woodburn is someone all Liverpool fans, and Wales fans for that matter, are extremely high on and for good reason. He looks to have all the tools to be an outstanding player.

Man Utd fans were furious that he wasn't in the game last year as he burst onto the academy scene and is now being talked of as one of the most exciting United academy prospects in years. Proud owner of the highest overall on this list, well worth signing if you can convince him to leave.

Despite the fantastic reputation of their academy, Johnson is one of only two U18 players in the squad on FIFA 18.

Edwards grows quickly into a very dependable right-back and would be a great two-year loan for a lower league club.

Another familiar name here, as Marcus Edwards starred for England in their U19 European Championship win and is tipped for big things at Tottenham.
