Fergie Reportedly Looking To Buy PSG Striker – United Fans Weep

Look it, this is what it is; a ten-a-penny transfer rumour from the Daily Mail but it's interesting on two counts.

Firstly it seems Alex Ferguson is very active in the day to day running of the club. Granted he's a director at the club but I wonder how much Moyes wants this move? Secondly, why on earth are United looking to buy a striker? Is he going to try an Alan Smith on it and convert him to a holding midfielder?
