The Capital One Cup Final trophy will be presented by former Bolton midfielder, Fabrice Muamba, this Sunday. The 24-year-old Muamba collapsed due to a cardiac arrest in an FA Cup quarter final between Bolton and Spurs last March.
He will be a guest in the royal box during the game between Swansea and Bradford at Wembley on Sunday.
Quoted on ITV.com about the game, Muamba said:
It's been such an exciting tournament this year and it will be a great honour to be presenting the trophy to the winners. I know it will be a very special atmosphere on Sunday.
