The Telegraph are today reporting that the club are set to hold talks with current Sevilla manager Unai Emery next week, with a view to the Spaniard succeeding compatriot Roberto Martinez.

Emery is believed to quite fancy a move to Merseyside, and the club will meet with him over the next few days. The Telegraph also stress that it is unclear whether Emery is first choice: Dutchmen Ronald Koeman and Frank De Boer are also believed to be in contention for the job.
