A Soccerex study has placed Raheem Sterling at the top of its list of most valuable players under the age of 21.
The report which takes age, position, minutes played and technical ability into account values the in-demand Liverpool winger at £35m.
Manchester City have had two bids in the region of £40m turned down for Sterling, and are expected to make a third bid estimated at £50m in the coming days. Proving that despite behind the most valuable young player in Europe, the England international is still overpriced.
Highly-rated Brazil and PSG defender Marquinhos is second in the rankings valued at £28.3m. New Manchester United signing Memphis Depay completes the top 3, with an estimated worth of £23.9m. His Red Devils teammate Luke Shaw is 9th.
Reported Liverpool target Mateo Kovacic comes in at 7th with current duo Emre Can and Divock Origi also featuring.
Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is 11th, while Everton's John Stones comes in at 16th.
Arsenal defensive duo Calum Chambers and Hector Bellerin complete the Premier League involvement, filling the last two places in the top 20.
The list bodes well for the Premier League, with many of the young players included linked with moves to England, as well as the nine current players featured.
