Norway fell to a heavy 8-0 defeat at the hands of England in the Women's Euro 2022 on Monday night. Former Liverpool left back John Arne Riise didn't hold back with his comments on the side at both halftime and fulltime in the game.

England led 6-0 at the interval after strikes from Georgia Stanway, Lauren Hemp, and braces from Ellen White and Beth Mead.

Alessio Russell added another midway through the second period before Beth Mead wrapped up her hat trick with just under ten minutes remaining.

After beating Austria in matchday one, England have now booked their place in the knockout stages with a game against Northern Ireland still to be played in the group stage.
