Chelsea cruised to Europa League success after a comfortable 4-1 victory over Arsenal with star man Eden Hazard shining as he scored two goals.
It was a superb showing after months of speculation about a potential move this summer and when pressed after the game, the Belgian hinted that his future lies away from the Premier League club.
I have told my decision already. I said it two weeks ago. Now it depends on the club. Now, I'm just waiting. Both clubs. I'm just waiting like the fans wait, we will see in a few days.
He went on to add, "I think it's a goodbye but in football, you never know."

Speaking on Spanish radio earlier this month, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez confirmed he is keen to secure the Chelsea player: “I have a dream that Hazard will arrive this year."
It looks increasingly likely he will get his wish.
