Eamon Dunphy was in guff overdrive on RTÉ Tuesday night. He wrongly claimed that Vicente Del Bosque only earned €50,000 a year as Spain manager (a statement which was later retracted) and then went onto say that football in Germany is in decline.

I presume he's referring to the same Germany which had two teams in last season's Champions League final and whose international side currently boasts talents like Mesut Ozil, Marco Reus, Mario Gotze, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Manuel Neuer, Mats Hummels and Toni Kroos.
