Before anything else, the answer to the question you are all wondering about is, no. Jack Grealish did not sing God Save the Queen before the FA Cup final.

Grealish had a disappointing game against Arsenal but so did pretty much every other Aston Villa player. There was a number of themes which frequented the reaction to his performance.

The main one was that he can now be considered more Irish than English.

Just a selection of those disappointed with player. Many were much less diplomatic.

Plenty came to his defence though. He is just 19 after all.

Apart from his performance, and him being Irish again, most were concerned with his sock and shinguard combo.

And that he looks like a character from a period drama.
