Did Arsene Wenger Almost Send Players Home For Coffee/Gravy Prank?

Reports, which haven't escalated beyond the level of rumour yet, point to a really very serious incident which almost occurred on Arsenal's trip to the US.

When Arsene Wenger went to take a sip from his coffee, he downed, to his horror, a small amount of scalding gravy.

While on tour in the states, Gibbs, Flamini and Szczesny played the old switcharoo on the gaffer, with near dire consequences. It's rumoured that when the three players switched Wenger's coffee for gravy, the zip master almost sent them packing.

Evidently furious about this lipid filled alternative, the three are lucky to still be in the squad. Sure, it's not like they have much competition in Ozil, Ramsey, Wilshere, Arteta, Sanchez and co. Predictably, social media users gave their input.

Naturally, the world's media are camped outside Arsenal's hotel in New York. Hopefully, more details will emerge.

Expect Wenger to be on the market for a new left back and keeper in the near future. Don't mess with this man.
