When the remarkably cool David Beckham comes after you on social media, you know you've messed up. Although "there's no such thing as bad publicitity" is the type of garbage cliche the ever so classy British tabloids will no doubt turn to when a global superstar such as Beckham points out how tasteless they have been.
Today's example of gutter journalism comes via the online version of the Daily Mail who used a photo of David Beckham's adorable young daughter as justification for publishing an article which claims she might develop speech and/or dental issues.
The article caught the attention of Becks, who rightfully used his Instagram account to ask the question; "Who the hell are you to judge my parenting from a picture?"
Just ridiculous.
Beckham's Instagram is well worth a follow if you aren't already doing so, as he regularly updates us on his antics as an embarrassing Dad when he's not being one of the slickest human beings on Earth.
Perhaps we'll see more of this calling out of bullshit in the tabloids in the future, although hopefully he won't have to deal with much more. On second thought, he almost definitely will.
