Whether it is being kicked out of national team squads for yelling at managers, banned at Southampton for engaging in a touchline scrap, then sent to Juventus just after fighting Jose Fonte, Dani Osvaldo is no stranger to the controversial.

When he headed off to his boyhood club, Boca Juniors, you thought it was the end of the madness; that perhaps Osvaldo would finally start to explore that most dangerous of items - his 'potential'.
