Italy have booked their place in the Euro 2020 final in the most dramatic of circumstances, but who will be joining them at Wembley on Sunday evening?

Roberto Mancini's side were outplayed in large parts by Spain this evening, but they still managed to get over the line in a penalty shootout.

Even though is very hard to look beyond the Italians at the minute, should the manner in which they scraped passed the Spanish be of concern? Damien Duff doesn't believe so.

Speaking on RTÉ after the game, he said this was a typical Italian victory.

That's what they do. They did the exact same against Austria and it just shows at this level how to win a match.

It was Mourinho-esque you could say. They never got their game going, Spain dominated you could say for near on 120 minutes. They did all the ugly side.

After 80 minutes they're sitting in a block and defending well, then they give away a goal. But that's Italy, it will not bother them whatsoever.

They will come up with their gameplan to play either England or Denmark on Sunday, so it wouldn't worry me at all.

Even though they played 120 minutes tonight, it is a long way until Sunday. These are finely tuned athletes and they could run all day.

As for their opponents on Sunday, many have already pencilled England in for the final. Duff wouldn't be so sure.

He spent two years during his coaching badges doing an in-depth look at the Danish national team and believes they are a very formidable outfit.

He certainly won't be backing against them on Wednesday night.

I'd love to see Denmark get through. If you think 1992 was a Hollywood story, this is on a completely different level.

I would absolutely love to see them do it. I built a portfolio on them over two years, so I know them really well.

I probably know them better than I know my own wife!

They're a really, really slick outfit. They're a top team and you cannot underestimate them.

Here's hoping that we are set for yet another Euro cracker at Wembley.
