RTE panelist Damien Duff was in unforgiving form tonight as he gave his two cents on Brazil star Neymar, amid reports the forward suffered an injury in training earlier today.
The former Chelsea winger started off by stating that the 26-year-old is not fulfilling his potential at PSG or Brazil, arguing that he tries to showboat too much:
I don't think he helped them (Brazil) in their first performance (against Switzerland), I haven't liked him this year, he's gone to PSG I don't like the way he plays there, he plays for himself. I know the French public haven't enjoyed watching him. Too much showboating for me you look at Ronaldo Messi, they're the best, they look to kill every time.
The other night against Switzerland looking to attract three or four players, built his skills collection on Youtube.
Duff then went on to criticise the Brazilian's decision to move to PSG, stating he will never win the Ballon D'Or in the French league, before suggesting that the injury he reportedly sustained in training is no more than a way to grab attention and make himself headlines:
He's been trying to take the mickey all year in that league and he gets kicked every week top to bottom of the pitch and it was similar again the other night and call me a cynic but he'll be fit for Costa Rica on Friday night. He likes the show being all about him, he's pictured going off the training pitch, he'll be grand. He is grand:

Mic drop from a particularly salty Damien Duff, never mind Drake and Pusha T, the real beef is Duff/Neymar.
