A trend is emerging online, and this is one that we are fully behind.
A lot of football fans were upset by the news that Adidas were discontinuing their iconic 'Predator' boots and replacing them with new models which were initially released in very bright colours, which are not everybody's cup of tea.
Having tested the Adidas Ace we can confirm that it's a fantastic boot to wear, but some were put off by the colour that first launched:
But then a great idea surfaced.
Adidas allow customisation of almost all of their footwear to any colour you like via the MiAdidas feature on their online stores, and while it is more expensive, those who decided to go for it were rewarded with some of the sexiest boots we've seen in years.

Why aren't they available as a stock colour?!
Black and red is something that has always looked good on a football boot, so hopefully we'll see it again on an official release soon.
