Cristanio Ronaldo just did the unthinkable for a Real Madrid player - fraternising with the enemy. The Portuguese superstar turned to the Barcelona in a bid to help him overcome his injury.
Ronaldo has been out of action since sustaining a hamstring injury against Villarreal on April 20th. The Madrid medical team initially didn't scan the hamstring, meaning he missed the Champions League clash against Man City.
Frustrated with the Real Madrid doctors, Ronaldo has turned to the Barcelona team doctors for advice to try and get back to fitness, per Spanish reports. According to Sport, Ronaldo, and a number of other Madrid players, have lost faith in the Real Madrid medical team after an earlier misdiagnosis on a Karim Benzema injury, but admires the Barcelona physio Joaquin Juan for his professionalism.
Ronaldo is desperate to get back for the end of Madrid's season as they fight for the La Liga and Champions League titles.
