Watch: It Seems That Diego Costa And Gabriel Had A Previous Feud

The internet was disgusted with Diego Costa yesterday, after his antics got Gabriel sent off in the crucial early Saturday game between Chelsea and Arsenal.

But it appears that the pair have clashed before, when both were still playing in La Liga for Villareal and Athletico Madrid. The clip, from a 1-1 draw in November 2013.

This time, it's Gabriel who is on the ground. Replays show that while there is an elbow from Costa, it's really not much contact.

Thus a feud was born. Not that it excuses yesterday's behaviour at all.
