After finding success in the League of Ireland market previously, Peterborough have reportedly returned to make another purchase.
According to the Irish Mirror's Paul O'Hehir, Peterborough have agreed a deal to sign St. Pat's goalkeeper Conor O'Malley.
O'Malley - who is from Mayo - has been in excellent form for Pat's this season. The 23-year-old joined the Inchicore club from Shamrock Rovers two years ago.
Peterborough were not the only English club interested in O'Malley. Championship side Leeds and League One's Wigan had also cast their eye over the keeper.
O'Malley's main opposition for a starting spot at Peterborough will be former England U21 keeper Jonathan Bond, currently on loan at London Road from Reading.
Two years ago, Peterborough signed Chris Forrester from St. Pat's. He would go on to become club captain, though that is a role he has since relinquished.
