Conan Byrne is walking 42km around Dublin on March 18th to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society.
The footballer, also a primary school teacher, has some time on his hands due to the COVID-19 outbreak and is planning to visit every League of Ireland ground in Dublin.
The Glenavon player's journey began on Wednesday morning at Tolka Park and takes in Dalymount Park, Richmond Park, Tallaght Stadium, Stradbrook Road and Belfield. The walk will finish at the Aviva Stadium.
To help in a very small way, I have decided to do a Marathon Walk taking in every @SSEAirtricityLg
Stadium in Dublin for the @IrishCancerSoc on Wednesday.#DublinisYellow
