The world did not know how much it needed this day until it delightfully arrived.
Coleen Rooney's claim that an elaborate sting operation has outed the source of a series of false stories that appeared in the English press recently rocked the internet today. She publicly accused Rebekah Vardy, the wife of fellow England footballer Jamie Vardy, of being the culprit.
It was a remarkable claim that needed a remarkable response. We got it.

Coleen's Vardy statement should be taught in English Lit classes. It sets the scene intriguingly, shifts seamlessly to the hero character's plan, and that final line where the culprit is named via elpisis is some of the punchiest writing I've read.

I will vote for any political party who agree to immediately give us the rest of the day off so we can follow this Coleen Rooney/Rebekah Vardy thing properly.
