Clinton Morrison signed with Exeter on pay-as-you-play terms back in November. The club announced yesterday that the former Irish international had signed a permanent deal until the end of the season.
Exeter manager Paul Tisdale said:
Clinton will stay with us until the end of the season. It’s another player who is adding competition for places and I think he has done very well and hopefully he will continue to add for the rest of the season.
He is a good player, and he will add value with his game and add value to aspiring young centre-forwards also.
The 35-year-old also tweeted his delight of the news.
So pleased to be staying at Exeter City for the rest of season thanks for everyone making me feel welcome now time to get promotion ????????????
