The first half of Italy v Belgium was one of the most exciting 45 minutes of football we can ever remember watching. There were amazing goals, incredible saves and a controversial penalty. There was also a miracle straight out of the New Testament.
In the moments before Federico Chieisa put Italy up 1-0, Ciro Immobile found himself clattered on the Munich pitch after tangling boots with Jan Vertonghen. He writhed around in the penalty box and hoped the referee would notice he was injured. He did not. In any case, Immobile remained prone on the pitch in case someone did notice him. As Chieisa brought the ball back into the Belgium penalty box and shot past Courtois, Immobile was miraculously - and hilariously - cured of his ailments.

It's funny because his name is Immobile and he went from being Immobile to Mobile in a matter of moments. Social media was amused.
