Rumours have abounded for months on whether Republic of Ireland and Rotherham striker Chiedozie Ogebene will choose to stay or leave the Championship club.
The top scorer at the club this season has once again spoken about is contract situation, but as remained coy on what his next move will be.
Some have taken this to mean that he plans to move on, while others are unhappy with his attitude and believe he shouls be sold regardless.
“It is something I have been discussing with my agent,” Ogebene said. “If you were to push me to decide before January ... I think that’s a lot for me to take on board.
It’s something I try not to think about because I think it will affect me if I’m put under pressure.
The club have shown me the respect of saying: ‘Listen, we obviously want you to make a decision but we’re also going to respect your space’.
Will Ogebene Stay Or Go??
Ogbene has coke across massively arrogant in his interview, he’s no intentions of staying. I’d cash in I don’t rate him as high as most do when he’s a striker, cash in get a few natural strikers. Jack Marriott being one.

From advertiser. Sounds like Vickers out for season if surgery needed which looks likely, Ogbene saying he isnt going to be pressured into rushing his decision wants to play at highest level possible so basically he’s off and Cuffy getting recalled to be sent to better side #rufc

Right now I don’t where my future lies really,” continued Ogabene. “I’ve always had ambitions to push and try to get to the next level.
“I have my family around me and my agent advising me. We will always do the pros and cons before we make a decision.
He was then asked whether his negotiation situation will continue after a fortnight, to which he replied:
“I do believe so. It’s too soon to say in the next few days coming up.”
Rotherham currently lie in a lowly 19th place in the EFL Championship, with 27 points after 24 games played, but are, however, just seven points off ninth place.
